A new kind of digital indicator

Tresna's digital indicator offers an excellent price/performance ratio for those who need the basics in a digital indicator. With a measuring range of 0.5 in. (12.5 mm) and resolution to 0.00005 in. (0.001 mm), the gage features a high contrast LCD display with 10 mm high digits, and provides IP51 class protection against dust and falling water .
USB connectivity with theTresna digital indicator allows multiple indicators to be inexpensively linked to PCs through a USB hub with no multiplexer required. Optional Digimatic and RS-232 connections are also available. Tresna also offers optional wireless data transfer connectivity on this and other precision gages. Measurements can be made in either inches or millimeters, counting direction can be reversed, and a Preset function allows entry of a numerical value.
Error-free operation of theTresna Digital Indicator is enhanced with a button Lock function that prevents unintentional activation of one or more operating buttons. A capacitive measuring system extends battery life up to two years, and measuring speed is fast at 60 in./sec (1.5 m/sec). Operating temperature range is 10˚ 40˚C.
Available accessories include additional contact points, special holder, sensor lever, lug back, and an adapter bushing for adapting the mounting shank to a 0.375 inch bore.
